Stephanie Bates
Head Coach

Coach Stephanie Bates played volleyball at Drury University where she was an All-District, All-Region player as well as a four year Varsity lettermen.  In 1990 she was named an NAIA Second Team All American. After graduation, she began teaching/coaching at Salem (MO) High School.  In 1996 her team won the Class 3A State Volleyball Championship with a record of 37-2.  In 1997 she was inducted into the Drury Sports Hall of Fame.  After coaching at Salem High School for 11 years she became the Head Coach at Glendale where she is beginning her 10th year.  In 2008 she led the Lady Falcons to a 4th place finish at the Class 4A State Championship in Kansas City.  Coach Bates received her BA and a Masters in Education from Drury University as well as a Masters in Administration from William Woods University.  In her free time she likes to garden, watch basketball and other sporting events and work on projects around her house. 



Iceley Perry

Coach Perry graduated in May 2011 from Southwest Baptist University where she played  Defensive Specialist for the Lady Bearcats.  She has a degree in Health and Physical Education and divides her time between coaching the Glendale Junior Varsity team and Pershing Middle School where she teaches middle school Physical Education and coaches track and the 8th grade volleyball team. She loves spending time with her family and friends and her dog, Diesel. 











Lindsey Lyons
Assistant Coach
Coach Lyons is a Glendale graduate and former player for Coach Bates.  She played for the Lady Falcons as a Hitter and Defensive Specialist. She coaches the Freshman team while working and finishing her degree in Special Education.  She also assists in coaching the Hickory Hills 7th grade volleyball team. She enjoys watching sporting events in her spare time.
